Mental health and the Virginia Tech review panel

The Virginia Tech Review Panel will hold its fourth public meeting on Wednesday, July 18th, at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. The meeting, which is scheduled to begin at 9AM, will focus heavily on mental health issues with presentations on civil commitment law reform and mental health issues.
